Basic project:

Detailed preparation of process and equipment diagrams:
Preparation of diagrams that define the production process and its control elements, as well as the machinery used, the production and storage capacities, the necessary powers and electrical consumption, the quality control and sampling points, the different product variants and their manufacturing paths.
3D modeling of machines and plant implementation:
Preparation of a three-dimensional model that defines the position occupied by each element and machine within the work, as well as its exact dimensions and its control elements, electrical connections, compressed air or hydraulic connections, pipe racks, pneumatic transport, storage elements, support elements, structural pre-design, etc.
Project Calculation:
Calculation of structures, calculation of forces and reactions for each element, planning of works, calculation of facilities, sanitary installations and sewage treatment, seismic resistance calculation, choice of materials for each element of the project, as well as the definition of its final dimensions and final remodel.
Execution project:
Preparation of the executive project, general construction plans, manufacturing plans for the necessary equipment, structural plans, piping plans, support plans, lists of commercial elements, definition of official suppliers involved in the work, contracting of services to third parties, request for permits and/or licenses to the administration, etc.
Construction management:
Finally, the work management service is offered, direct contact with contractors, task planning and preparation of the work diary, as well as its completion certification and Industrial legalization.
